The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Rybak informed about that, while opening the meeting of the Conciliatory board on Monday.
According to him, “mainly, these are the issues planned for the last plenary week of May that were not considered.” Part of them will be considered, he said, if there will be respective possibilities during the current week.
Volodymyr Rybak noted that among the prior for Government issues are the bills that are fully elaborated in the Committees, with legal departments and are awaiting for consideration in the second reading. In all, 22 governmental bills are included to the draft agenda, 2 – submitted by the President of Ukraine, on ratification, the rest – deputies’ initiatives.
On Tuesday, 29 issues are to be considered, among them 8 bills requiring inclusion the agenda of the session, 7 prepared for the second reading, 14 proposed for consideration in the first reading.
On Wednesday, according to Volodymyr Rybak, deputies are suggested to listen to the Annual Report of the Verkhovna Rada Human Rights Commissioner, 8 bills and 4 draft resolutions are waiting for the first reading. The same day the parliamentary hearings on reforming the sphere of public health in Ukraine are planned.
Thereat, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada drew attention to the low index of participation of people’s deputy in the parliamentary hearings. “Deputies do not come, maximum 5 persons participate. Professionals are not invited; there are no chairmen of regional bodies. Nobody needs nothing,” he said.
In this regard, Volodymyr Rybak suggested increasing number of committee hearings with invitation of professionals, public activists, public organizations and deputies for further regulation of issues on the legislative level.
On Thursday, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada said, 24 issues are planned, 7 of them in the second reading, one is submitted for reconsideration, 12 needs consideration in the first reading.
Ob Friday, according to Volodymyr Rybak, governmental report on implementation of the State Budget for 2012 and the Main Directions of the budget policy for 2014 are planned for hearings. It is planned also to consider 4 bills in the first reading.
